The FortunaGo.Me Finance early-access waitlist is operated by GRO-LAB PSA, in Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through this waitlist form.

When you complete the early-access waitlist form, we collect the following:

This site shows a cookie notice, but we do not currently set any tracking or advertising cookies. We do not load any advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
To send you a launch notification and early-access invitation. When FortunaGo.Me Finance is ready to launch, we will email waitlisted addresses to let them know and invite them to download and use the application. This is the primary purpose for which you signed up.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You gave your explicit consent by ticking the checkbox on the waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Your Rights below).
To conduct market research on the FortunaGo.Me Finance concept. The data we collect — including your year of birth, what troubles you selections, and how you found the page — helps us understand which audiences respond to the FortunaGo.Me Finance concept and how to develop the application to serve them well. This research is internal and is used only to inform product decisions. No identifiable data is shared with third parties for this purpose.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in understanding demand for the product we are building, and this processing is necessary and proportionate to that interest. It does not override your rights, and you may object to it at any time (see Your Rights below).
We will keep your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above — specifically, until FortunaGo.Me Finance has launched and you have been invited to use it, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
If the FortunaGo.Me Finance project does not proceed to launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of the date this waitlist page was last active.

This policy applies to the early-access waitlist pages only. If we update it, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date at the top. We will not make changes that materially reduce your rights without notifying you by email if you are on the waitlist.
